Selected Transaction Experience

Established, launched and currently operate a consulting firm to negotiate transactions for mergers and acquisitions of closely held and public companies.

Created the publicly traded company YayYo, Inc, a holding company with a primary corporate focus in the transportation/rideshare industry. One of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, RideShare Rental, rents cars to rideshare drivers, provides those drivers with its proprietary insurance, and gives fleet operators a platform on which to rent their vehicles to the rideshare market. Distinct Cars, another wholly-owned subsidiary, maintains a growing fleet of passenger vehicles made available for rent. Through RideShare Rental and Distinct Cars, YayYo seeks to become the leading provider of rental vehicles to drivers in the rideshare industry.

Built PDQ Pickup – an on-demand pickup and delivery service – which took advantage of weaknesses in delivery logistics. The company has grown exponentially during the COVID crisis and currently is worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

Launched EV Mobility a platform dedicated to providing electric vehicles as amenities in upscale hotels, luxury apartments and commercial buildings. EV Mobility is anticipated to build a fleet of over 20,000 cars in the next two years and is estimated to soon be worth more than $2 billion.

Created the production company Hen Entertainment which produced “The 27 Show”, a musical review in residence at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas. 27 has quickly become the most popular show in Las Vegas. Hen is slated to produce several more shows and establish a record label to develop new artists.

Created the publishing company Extraordinary Life Publications, which published “Can You Really Think and Grow Rich? Keys to Unlock an Extraordinary Life”. Now heading to #1 on Amazon.

Structured $18B in equity and debt financing to support a bid for Vivendi Universal; aligned high-net-worth individuals consitng of Marvin Davis, Texas Pacific Group, Apax, Alen & Co, Carlyle Group, Bain Capital, Blackstone and other private equity firms for a total equity of $10B and secured debt financing of $8B from JP Morgan, Fleet Bank and Deutsche Bank.

Acquired Global Leasure Travel the parent company of several travel-rated organizations producing $220M in annual gross sales, and held full-scope accountability for staffing, P&L, sales management, marketing, compliance and eventual sale to Carl Icahn.

Successfully negotiated with The Yucaipa Companies, LLC (holding company) on behalf of Piccadilly Restaurant Investment Group, LLC to acquire the assets and ongoing operations of Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc. pursuant to Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Formed Era Aviation Investment Group, LLC to negotiate and win a bid for Era Aviation Inc., who operates the largest regional airline in Alaska.

Sourced and purchased Aloha Airlines pursuant to a Plan of Reorganization through Aloha Aviation Investment Group, LLC for a substantial equity investment with The Yucaipa Companies, LLC .

Negotiated and structured the financing for Telecom Pacific Investment, LLC to invest in the telecommunications industry.Within seven months, led the value of the company to grow by 53.6% over the original investment figure, and once annualized, yielded return of approximately 90% on the total sum invested.

Sourced and negotiated the purchase of Neways International for $700M.

Arranged equity and financing to launch Conscious Enlightenment and subsequently sold to Gaim.

Exercised purchasing savvy to acquire Phenforum website and subsequently sold to partner.

Purchased Gigbucks, merged three other similar companies and achieved profitable sale within six months.

Joined forces with investors to purchase Angrybirdsnow.com which generated revenue though advertising.

Championed company acquisition and led efforts to drastically grow Xerveo, LLC by 200% in one year.

Structured, negotiated and won accepted offer for the Red Rover Mine in Southern California.
