YayYo, Inc, traded on NASDAQ under the symbo (YAYO), is a holding company with a primary corporate focus in the transportation/rideshare industry.
One of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, RideShare Rental, rents cars to rideshare drivers, provides those drivers with its proprietary insurance, and gives fleet operators a platform on which to rent their vehicles to the rideshare market.
Distinct Cars, another wholly-owned subsidiary, maintains a growing fleet of passenger vehicles made available for rent. Through RideShare Rental and Distinct Cars, YayYo seeks to become the leading provider of rental vehicles to drivers in the rideshare industry.
